I must say that there are a lot of model pieces to collect. I have to admit that I haven't gotten all of them myself yet. Below is an incomplete list of model pieces and ways in which you can get them:

- Locomotive Model (Get on Father's Day)
- Manor Model (earn over 100,000 points in HRA rating)
- Market Model (A gift from Tortimer on Sale Day)
- Museum Model (Complete your museum collection)
- Pansy Model 1,2 or 3 (Get on Ground Hog Day Talk to the special guest at 9am then see Tortimer for the gift.)
- Pink Tree Model (Get from Tortimer during the Cherry Blossom Festival)
- Police Model (Get on Officer's Day)
- Post Model (Save 999,999,999 bells in your bank)
- Snowy Tree Model (Win from igloo games during winter)

- Tailor Model (Get on Graduation Day)
- Tent Model (Get from Summer Campers: These are animals that camp out in your town during summer.)
